LB- 30th March shoot feedback

Shoot 30th March

Where?

Heygate Estate, London.

When?

30th March.

Who?

Alistair, Luke, Yasmin.

What was successful about the shoot?

The shoot went very well and we got all the shots we needed. We got lots of interesting shots that we feel will look good for the scene, because of the major increase in cutting rate for the running scene we needed to get a large collection of shots, which included some establishing shots of the estate. We got a great tracking shot of Ali running, we did this by mounting the camera on top of a suitcase in order to achieve this.

What was less successful?

The audio in the running scene is poor and we need to improve it.

How important was your storyboard in the filming process?

The storyboard was important as it helped us to plan what shots we were going to use. However we did allot of shots we hadnt put on our storyboard as we didnt have a propa idea of what shots would look like till we tried them out on location.

What will you be shooting next and when?

This was our last shoot so now we have to concentrate on the editing process of the construction.
