Before we could go out on a reccie, filming, etc we had to fill out a call sheet and a risk assessement.
The call sheet helped us to know what we needed to do, by recording the shots that we had to do and the characters involved. We also recorded the equipment we needed to take with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our callsheet looked like this:
The risk assessement was used to identify the risks we could face for both us and the equipment. We recorded each risk we figured we could come across and made a note on how we could overcome it.
